FAQs
Clear answers about cover, waiting periods, dependants, chronic conditions and the optional DMP add-ons.
Compare the four primary healthcare plans first. Look at the benefits that matter most to you, the monthly amount for your member category and the conditions that apply before deciding.
Individual-business waiting periods include 9 months for chronic conditions, 6 months for optometry and dentistry, and 3 months for pathology. Hospitalisation and emergency benefits have no waiting period.
All four core plans include cover for specified chronic conditions. The Standard family includes 15 conditions, while the Essential family includes 26. Registration, formulary and benefit limits still apply.
Rates are shown separately for a principal member, adult dependant and child dependant. Confirm eligibility, the effective date and the provider's policy terms before applying.
No. DMP Prime and DMP Elite are optional disease-management add-ons. They enhance relevant support alongside a primary healthcare plan; they are not alternatives to primary healthcare cover.
Check the listed benefits, chronic-condition cover, waiting periods, provider-network requirements and the applicable policy limits. Confirm the final terms and availability with the provider.
